ABOUT ME

I've spent my entire life as a confidante for those closest to me, and I was thrilled to find out that I could continue to do that for others as a career.

Learning is my passion and I am fortunate to work in a field that requires constant knowledge seeking. I am a graduate of Florida State University (B.S. History, M.S. Integrated Marketing Communications) and Bellevue University (M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling). In early 2023, I completed the Holistic Sex Therapist program at the Institute of Sexuality Education and Enlightenment to ensure that I am delivering accurate, competent care in the areas of sex therapy. Additionally, I supplemented my education in somatics by completing EmbodyLab's Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certificate.

When I am not spending my time unboxing books or records to add to my collection, you can find me on a nature trail or lounging in a hammock, spending time with my family or training my soon-to-be office sidekick, Tate! Tate is a fluffy labradoodle and he is excited to join you soon as my therapy canine companion.
